Pictures With my Mom.

My Mom and I went and had pictures taken while she was here for her stay during Christmas time. It was really fun and we used to get pictures done together at least once a year when I was younger. ♥

The Snow is FINALLY gone and Life is back to Normal.

It is now 2009 and this is my first blog of the New Year. I am so Thankful that the Holidays are over and everything went so smoothly. Christmas day was wonderful. Josh's Grandparents came over bright and early in the morning to help me cook and get everything prepared for Christmas Dinner. My Aunt Vita, Uncle Neal, Grandma & Grandpa Stansbury, and Josh's Dad & Rachael were all unable to make it because of the snow (Uncle Neal wasn't feeling too well, so he and Vita stayed home) covering the ground and all of the ice. Other than not having everyone with us Christmas turned out really well. We all had dinner around one big table- this is the first time this has happened in FOREVER! We opened gifts and spent quality time together. Josh once again won the poker game- making Adam not so happy. Haha =) It actually came down to Josh and myself, which is quite surprising because I am not very good at poker- especially that whole 'poker face' thing. Anyways, next topic: New Years Eve was pretty un-eventful this year. I hadn't been feeling well and cancled my plans to go to Seattle. I ended up stopping by Andrew's house for a little bit and then went to the Police Station with some sparkling cider because Josh was working. I was in bed by 12:30. Lame, I know. My Mom was in town until the 3rd of January. We went shopping one day and had our pictures taken at JC Penny's (we used to do this all of the time when I was younger). She had an early flight on Saturday and then life started to go back to normal. I started work on Monday the 5th after having quite a few days off. Needless to say, that was a rough day at work... I guess that is about it for now on the updates, nothing too exciting has happened. I hope all of you had a great Holiday season and are enjoying this rainy month of January. =)
